We moved on October 31st with the help of Ben's dad and some wonderful church friends!

The piano survived...

But Keith almost didn't survive!

Then Tim and his friend Bob came out to help paint the basement... what a difference!

And now what you've all been waiting for - some pictures of a few finished rooms. We still need to put some things on the walls, but these rooms are pretty much done! The rest, you'll have to wait to see because they are still full of boxes and tools!

The work is well underway, with painting, clearing out the basement and much more! We've had lots of great helpers as you'll see from the pictures. We're so thankful for our families and friends and their willingness to help out!














Ben and his dad cleared most of the drywall out of the basement...











While Joni ripped out carpet, got walls ready to paint and cleaned some very dirty window frames!

There is a little update. We will start putting up some pictures of the rooms as the painting starts coming to a close!

The Inside

We close on our house on September 24th and are ready to get our hands dirty. Here are some pictures of the inside which will show you all the work that needs to be done. We can't wait to be able to post the "after" pictures!
